Meet Emily Cressey,
Real Estate Broker | Owner, HomePro Associates,
Keller Williams Greater Seattle
For Emily Cressey, real estate is about much more than finding the right house. It is about helping people understand what they are buying, how it fits the life they are building today, and how that decision could create greater financial flexibility and opportunity in the future.
A Seattle-area real estate broker, longtime investor, and owner of HomeProAssociates.com at Keller Williams Greater Seattle, Emily has been personally investing in real estate since 2002 and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2008. Her experience spans single-family homes, multifamily properties, apartment buildings, raw land, retail space, development opportunities, and real estate partnerships.
She is especially passionate about working with active-duty military families, veterans, young professionals, first-time homebuyers, and investment-minded buyers who want more than someone to open doors or write an offer.
Emily acquired her first investment property at just 23 years old. That level of experience allows her to offer a different level of advisory service — helping clients think more deeply about whether a property makes sense for their life and what it could mean financially five or ten years from now.
Serving military families is particularly meaningful to Emily. Both of her grandfathers served during World War II. Through her work with active-duty service members and veterans, she has developed a deep appreciation for how different military homeownership can be. She provides relocation support before families ever arrive in Washington, including neighborhood orientation, commute and school research, and virtual property tours.
Emily is especially passionate about helping younger service members understand that their VA home loan benefit may represent more than the opportunity to purchase one home. Used thoughtfully, homeownership can potentially become part of a much larger financial strategy.

For Kelly O'Neil, real estate begins with understanding the person — not simply the property.
As a Real Estate Broker with Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc., Kelly brings together a distinctive background in interior design, residential remodeling, staging, education, negotiation, and real estate to create an experience that is both highly professional and deeply personal.
She is especially passionate about helping military families relocating to Greater Seattle and the Eastside, young professionals purchasing and building toward their future, and clients seeking distinctive, design-conscious, or luxury properties.
Before entering real estate, Kelly spent approximately 15 years in the design industry. She can look beyond dated finishes or imperfect staging and recognize a property's layout, functionality, architecture, natural light, materials, and potential.
Kelly understands that a military relocation isn't simply about changing addresses. She takes time to understand what everyday life needs to look like for the household — from commute and work requirements to children, pets, outdoor space, hobbies, and the kind of community that will help a new location begin to feel like home.
As a Certified Negotiation Expert, Kelly understands that strong representation requires strategy, composure, thoughtful communication, and knowing when to stand firmly behind a client's interests.
